Shipping Policy
Shipping: Please allow 3-5 days for shipping and processing orders.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
For items we consider special orders, please be advised they may take up to/ or longer than 30 days. These items are direct from the overseas supplier and require time to clear customs. Items then arrive at Young the Elder warehouse for inspection, then sent out to the purchaser.
Payment for all special orders are to be paid in full upon order. Please use Cashapp for all special orders. Money will be held until items arrive at Young the Elder warehouse, then applied once items are sent out.
Cancels can be made to any Special order with a return of half of the received funds.
Young-the-Elder will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Please double check to ensure you give us the correct address for shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
Young the Elder will accept returns of unused and untarnished merchandise within 5 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
